Your water arrives on a schedule you choose, at a lower price: 3% off with a 3-month plan, 6% off with a 6-month plan and 9% off with a 1-year plan.

Yes. Go to My account, then Plans. You can skip a delivery, pause, resume, change or cancel a plan there.

We create the order for each delivery a day before it is due, so you can still skip it until then.

Yes. Every price on the site includes VAT, and prices are per box.

Purified is filtered and purified water for everyday drinking. Distilled goes through a 12-stage process that includes distillation. pH9 is alkaline water with a pH of 9.

Yes. Our PET bottles are 100% recyclable and use about 50% less plastic than our 2010 packaging. The cap stays attached so the two are recycled together. More on Sustainability
